Interventions can be used to check students in to study hall, meeting with a counselor, or library check-in. 

*Make sure the interventions tool is enabled on the student app and/or school webpage*

Sign up options:

ex 1) sign up by date: students select the intervention, choose the date, and sign up from the webpage or student app

• teachers/staff can manually add/assign students to different dates
• set up limits (i.e. can only be signed up for 2 at a time)

ex 2) sign up (not by date): students are assigned to an intervention for a date range

• i.e. schools have a 6 week rotation for their flex period and student can choose their exploratory class that they'll be attending for that 6-week period

Ineligible: prevent specific students from signing up or attending the intervention

• use the master ineligible list or the intervention specific ineligible list

Check-in options:

• teacher/staff can scan students in (from the computer or manager app)
• students can self check-in using the app or school webpage
  • location, QR code, check-in code, or beacons
