Creating repeating events and interventions is great for things that occur on a regular basis (i.e. once a week, etc). However, what if you want to remove a date that falls on a holiday, change a time or add a new date to the calendar for a specific session? Now you can!
For any repeating event or intervention, look for the new Dates tab on the page.
Here, you can view all upcoming and past dates, based on the selected recurrence rule for the event. It's possible to "disable" a date or change the start/end time of a date if needed.
Keep in mind, any changes only affect the event or intervention's visibility on the calendar. There's no impact to prior attendee check ins, or the ability to add new check ins at any time.
You can even add a new date, outside of the repeating schedule. This date will appear on the calendar, alongside the other occurrences.
All date adjustments to a repeating event or intervention will be reflected on the calendar, in the Manager app, on your school web page and in the Student app (if applicable).
